  It is a McDonald's... Self serve machines were not working and the manager gave me attitude when I let her know. You get what you pay for, though the new cod and gravy were pretty good.

  Not good service and always make wrong meal. We ordered the nuggets are very dry and hard!
  If I could choose I'm rather use order system, i will not take a order with staff

  Was in the store yesterday with my wife & showed my pension card, carer business discount card, issued by the seniors card old department (as I care for 2 people), however they would not give me a discount. So I ordered & sat with my wife to eat. The next thing I had a district / store manager or owner come over in a purple top & she told me that the staff had now been instructed to give us the discount as we are regulars & refunded me the discount. Today I came in again with my wife, I ordered & asked for the discount, they said no again, I explained that I spoke to the lady yesterday, but they still would not do it & did not believe me! They are rude & have no respect for people with disability or carers.

  The cashier had an attitude and was a total b*#tch she screwed up my order and then had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted it I should've asked for it.
